Set the objective. Score every day. Win the Game.
Most days run on a program you didn't write. Step out of it: choose the daily actions that move your objective, give them points and keep score. Structure you chose, a scoreboard that doesn't lie. Never let one bad day become two.
Start with the 45-day Starter Game or go for the full 90 days. Name what you want it to change, then add the goals that get you there, each with a category, target and deadline.
Decide the actions you'll take, how often, and what each is worth. You set the points, so the score reflects what matters to you.
Mark each action Done, Half or Missed. Your daily score, percentage and streak update right away. A day at 70% or better keeps the streak alive.
Each Sunday, look at your week and answer four short questions. Hit your own reward thresholds. On the last day, review your entire Game, see if you won, and get ready to start the next one.
